Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the https://freelogic.in website (the "Service") operated by [Freelogic.in] ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including engaging our freelance services or subscribing to our CRM product upon launch.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Services
[Freelogic.in] aims to provide a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool specifically designed for freelancers. Services will include client management, project tracking, invoicing capabilities, and other related features as developed and launched. Prior to launch, the "Service" primarily refers to the informational website and email notification signup.
Accounts & Subscriptions (Post-Launch)
When you create an account with us (post-launch), you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
Some parts of the Service may be billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles will be set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
Payments (Post-Launch)
A valid payment method, including credit card or other methods supported by our payment processor (Razorpay), will be required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide [Freelogic.in] with accurate and complete billing information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize [Freelogic.in] to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
For payments processed via Razorpay, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the processing of payments by Razorpay and any issues arising from it should be directed to Razorpay support.
Refunds (Post-Launch)
Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable. Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by [Freelogic.in] on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of [Freelogic.in]. Our specific refund policy for the CRM product will be detailed here upon launch.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of [Freelogic.in / Srikar Rao Ayilneni] and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of [Freelogic.in].
Data you input into the CRM (e.g., client details, project information) remains your property. We claim no ownership over your data.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall [Freelogic.in / Srikar Rao Ayilneni], nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account (post-launch) and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or follow account deletion procedures if provided.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
