- Technical Support (for subscribed users): Response times will vary based on the subscription tier and issue severity, typically ranging from a few business hours to 1 business day.
Scope of Support (Post-Launch)
Support for the Freelogic.in CRM will generally cover:
- Assistance with account setup and configuration.
- Guidance on using the features of the CRM.
- Troubleshooting and bug fixes related to the Freelogic.in platform.
- Clarifications on billing and subscription management.
Support will not typically cover items listed in our full Terms & Conditions.
Shipping and Delivery Policy (for Digital Services)
As Freelogic.in is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product, "Shipping and Delivery" refers to the provisioning and access to our digital services.
- Service Access: Upon successful subscription and payment confirmation (post-launch), your Freelogic.in account will be activated, and you will gain access to the features corresponding to your chosen plan. Access is typically granted immediately or within a few minutes.
- Account Credentials: You will receive your login credentials (or instructions to set them up) via the email address provided during signup. It is your responsibility to keep these credentials secure.
- No Physical Shipping: There are no physical goods to be shipped. All services are delivered digitally through our web platform.
- Service Availability: We strive to ensure high availability of our services, subject to planned maintenance and unforeseen technical issues, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for Freelogic.in subscriptions (applicable post-launch).

Subscription Cancellation:
- User-Initiated Cancellation: You can cancel your Freelogic.in subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
- Effect of Cancellation:
- If you cancel a monthly subscription, your access to the paid features will continue until the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will not be charged for subsequent months.
- If you cancel an annual subscription, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current paid annual term.
- No Pro-Rata Refunds for Mid-Cycle Cancellations: Generally, we do not offer pro-rata refunds for subscriptions cancelled mid-billing cycle (monthly or annual).
Refunds:
- General Policy: Except when required by law, paid subscription fees for Freelogic.in are non-refundable. We encourage users to utilize any free trial period (if offered at launch) to evaluate the service before committing to a paid subscription.
- Exceptional Circumstances: Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., significant service unavailability not rectified in a timely manner, billing errors on our part) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund under such circumstances, please contact our support team at srikar.rao@freelogic.in with detailed information.
- Timeframe for Refund Requests: Any requests for refunds under exceptional circumstances must typically be made within a specific period (e.g., 7-14 days) of the transaction or issue occurring. This will be specified in the full Terms & Conditions.
- Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within a certain number of business days (e.g., 5-10 business days), subject to payment processor timelines.
